1. INTRODUCTION

By participating in any Reverse Drop event on this website, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

These rules are designed to ensure fairness, transparency, and protection for both buyers and sellers.

2. HOW REVERSE DROPS WORK

​

A Reverse Drop is a timed dynamic pricing event where:

  • Each product starts at a higher initial price

  • The price automatically decreases over time

  • Price reductions occur at predefined intervals

  • The product remains available until:

    • it is purchased, or

    • the minimum price is reached, or

    • stock becomes unavailable

The displayed timer and price are automatically controlled by our system.

3. FIRST BUYER SECURES THE ITEM

​

All Reverse Drop items are sold on a:

FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED

basis.

Once checkout is successfully completed and payment is confirmed:

  • the item becomes unavailable

  • stock is automatically updated

  • the listing may display:

    • SOLD OUT

    • LAST CHANCE

    • or become unavailable

Adding an item to checkout does NOT reserve it.

Only successful payment confirmation secures ownership.

4. PRICE CHANGES

​

Prices may decrease automatically during the Reverse Drop event.

We are not responsible for:

  • missed price reductions

  • timing delays caused by user connection/device

  • browser caching

  • page refresh delays

  • late checkout attempts

Displayed prices are final only at the moment checkout is successfully initiated.

5. STOCK & AVAILABILITY

​

All products are subject to live stock availability.

A product may become unavailable at any moment due to:

  • another completed purchase

  • manual inventory adjustment

  • inventory sync delays

  • system protection against duplicate purchases

If stock reaches zero, the system may instantly block checkout access even if the product is still visible on screen.

6. CHECKOUT PROTECTION

To prevent duplicate purchases and abuse:

  • our system performs real-time inventory validation

  • checkout may be blocked automatically

  • failed or incomplete payments do not reserve stock

We reserve the right to cancel any order caused by:

  • exploit bugs

may result in:

  • order cancellation

  • legal action when applicable
